2. Set up/ Teardown your booth

BOOTH SET UP*: Friday, June 7, 2024 – 5:00 pm to 11:30 pm
BOOTH TEARDOWN*: Sunday, June 9, 2024 – 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

All booths will be set up at Sheraton Hall A-F, Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. Sheraton Hall A-F is close to other event Halls. The exhibition hall will be available on the first day of Congress (from 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM on Friday, June 7, 2024) for sponsors/exhibitors to set up their booths.
The teardown can be started from 5:00 PM on Sunday, June 9, 2024, and at this time, all boxes and packages must be collected by 8:00 PM on Sunday, June 9, 2024, after the event.


We expect more people to be there on the floor during the break times between the presentations. So, we highly recommend that you make sure your staff is available all the time, especially during break times.


3. Pipes and Drapes

The event organizing team will arrange the necessities including the booth’s pipe and drape, one table, and two chairs for your booth.


4. Show Services / Custom Booth Builds / Graphics / Booth Cleaning

Should you require a custom booth design and any additional design for it, special furniture needs for your booth, etc., we recommend Robinson Show Services.

Aisle Carpet: The venue is carpeted.
Exhibit Hall Carpet: Booth spaces are carpeted with venue carpet. *
*Additional carpet may be ordered to complement booth space. If ordering carpet in a booth space that has carpeting, the carpet will shift or stretch if heavy items are dragged across it. This may result in the bubbling of the carpet creating safety concerns due to tripping. If you are aware this will occur in your booth due to the nature of your display, please connect directly with the Robinson Show Services Exhibitor Service Representative before ordering to discuss appropriate labour options to ensure safe carpet installation for your booth.

Electrical: is/ not provided 1500-watt, 12 amp, 120-volt duplex outlet, services can be ordered through Encore Global.

Wi-Fi: is/ not available – wired dedicated service and wireless service through Encore Global.

Lead Retrieval is/ not available – this can be ordered through the Company.

Storage: Onsite storage is limited. Should you have larger storage needs, please contact Robinson Show Services, for options.

9. Your Staff

Please send your staff information to us at events@cbamedicine.com no later than May 10, 2024.


10. Your customers

The CBAM team (events@cbamedicine.com) will send the discount coupons (if not sent yet) to all the Sponsors/Exhibitors according to their level of Sponsorship. You can provide these discount coupons to your customers to receive the discount to attend the event. 


11. Your advertising materials:

On the first day of the event (Friday, June 7), during registration, we will provide each attendee with a handbag containing advertisements from our sponsors. If you would like your advertising materials to be included in the attendee’s bag, please bring them to the venue on the exhibition’s booth setup day on Friday, June 7, 2024, and deliver them to the CBAM event logistic team.

Please note that only one printed advertising item per company can be placed in each attendee’s bag.

Valet Parking:

  • Valet parking spots are available on a first come first serve basis as the hotel has a limited number of spots.
  • Hotel Valet Parking’s hourly rate is $25.00/hr + tax ($28.25). After 3 hours, the charge is $60.00+tax ($67.80), which is the per day cost.
  • Oversized vehicles are $75+ tax = $84.75.
  • There is no self-park option at the Hotel.
